I take One A Day prenatals - they just came out with a version that has the multivitamin and the DHA supplement all in one pill. It's not a giant horse pill either - I'm terrible at swallowing pills, and I have no trouble with it. I also supplement with Caltrate minis which have both calcium and vitamin D.

Rainbow Light...but I just realized I may have just bought the Women's One last time. Also, I just started taking add'l DHA.

I'm taking Rainbow Light right now, but when I was pregnant with LO# 1 I took BrainStrong Prenatal (partially because I liked the name ).

@Torchwood: Could you please let me know the name of that vitamin?? I don't eat veggies or fruit either except for tomatoes, and no meat either. Yep, juuusssttt breads (mostly whole grain) and dairy. I currently take the Rainbow Lite minis with each meal.
Disclaimers to anyone who might want to reply: I gag and throw up with any "hidden" veggie & fruit recipes, it's been this way every since I was a toddler, I wish dearly that I wasn't this way, but certain things are unchangeable. I get blood panels done every year and everything comes back fine, my doctors have never been worried.

@DesertDreams88: It's this one. I'll be honest, it doesn't taste good. I mix it with bolthouse farms berry blend juice and it's tolerable. But I'm not much better than you (only veggies are corn, potatoes, and beans), so I'm counting on it to help make up the difference. I also take a lot of extra folate, but that's because of my history. And I do cod liver oil pills, since I don't think there's any DHA in this stuff.
And I'm the same as you. I haven't eaten any fruits or veggies since I was old enough to eat solids, and I promise I've tried. I hate it, but I've learned to work with it as best as I can. Just hoping LO is more like her daddy, who eats literally everything.

I take the One a day with dha. I tried the nature made ones from Costco but I threw up every time I took one. They really upset my stomach for some reason. I used to take the Target brand but did not like taking a second pill for Dha.

I take Trader Joes brand prenatals and a seperate fish oil. The prenatals have biotin and made my nails really strong even when I wasn't pregnant.

I take either GNC Women's Prenatal Formula with DHA (3x a day) or a 1x a day generic prescription one without DHA that I supplement with an omega/salmon oil pill. I only take the 1x a day one if I think I'll forget to take the other one 3x a day.

Nature made from Costco currently.
Tried the gummies both Target and the brand name one for about a bottle each. I think the Target gummies tasted worse than the brand name.
I was also on a prescribed prenatal that my RE gave me. Purple pill. Ceretifolin or something like that. It was a bit pricey so I stopped it once I finished the bottle.

Centrum Prenatal vitamins, which come with a second pill for DHA - I definitely don't eat enough fish. When I used to live in the US, I would take Vitafusion gummi women's and later switched to prenatal (same brand). They were good, but we don't get those in Canada.

I take the Rainbow Light 3-a-day pills. My stomach is super sensitive to meds, and I take a lot so it's easier on me to spread them out...however, I have definitely missed one from time to time, so that sucks! I also take an additonal DHA pill.

I use to take target brand, my insurance company went me the 365 brand so I switched to them.
