Liam goes to bed around 8:30pm and wakes up around 7:30am.

She goes to bed at 8.

Goes to bed between 8 and 8:30 (I aim for 8, but lately she's been taking forever to fall asleep)

Wakes up between 6:30 and 7:30.

Bed 7:30, up at 6-7am.

9pm and wakes between 7 and 8am usually.

My kid hates sleep and doesn't require much. Falls asleep between 9 and 10 and wakes up between 6:30 and 7 usually.

7:30 bedtime. Wakes up around 8, sometimes as late as 9.

Bed by 7, awake between 6:30 and 7:30. I wake him around 7 most mornings.

Bedtime at 8 (since we're now on daylight savings time), and awake between 7-7.30 usually

Bed (most nights) by 10. He is up between 8:30-9:30. Works out well for us.

He's in his bed at 8 but often not asleep until 830. Up between 6:30 and 7. The occasional 6 and the occasional 730. He's 29 months and takes a 1.5-2 hr nap most days.

At 25 months, in bed by 8 p.m. and up at 7:30 a.m. when we start to make noise for him.

On the weekends he will naturally wake up an hour later.

In bed around 8, up between 6:30 and 7.

Asleep by 9:30 awake at 7.

Bed at 7pm awake around 8-8:30. No naps.

Bed between 7 & 7:30, awake around 8ish. Sometimes have to wake at 7 and I will wake her at 8:30 if she isn't up yet. Generally takes a two hour nap.

In bed at 7:30, probably asleep by 8 and is up around 7-7:15
