I used to frequent crossfit but am finding it really difficult after having my second baby to go regularly. Having a 2 yo and a baby who doesn't STTN is really putting a wrench in my former exercise regimen. I'm searching for other options! My baby is nearly 8 months and I want to get back in shape, get rid of this chub! How long are the daily workouts? Is it an everyday commitment or is it modifiable?
