Goulash. I've been lazy all day and wanted something super simple. Water is boiling!

We're also having beef tacos with homemade tortillas. Yum!

I had to double check and make sure I didn't reply to an old post!
Since my husband is still feeling poorly he will have soup. The rest of us will have tilapia, cauliflower, and rice.

Total mish mash. Roasted beets and sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli, rice, nori, sauteed bok choy, and tofu stir fry.

Tonight is white fish with homemade tapenade and Greek quinoa salad: quinoa, greek olives, feta crumbles, tomato, red onion and cucumber.

Super quick and easy dinner because I made the salad and the tapenade yesterday!

@runsyellowlites: kinda just planning on throwing everything in a pan in the oven with some garlic and spices and hoping it turns out well. Pretty much sums up my cooking methodology/philosophy, lol-throw things in a pan and hope magic happens :)

Broccoli Alfredo!

Herb and garlic crusted pork tenderloin, roasted broccoli and celery root puree.

I'm making beef & broccoli in the crockpot. I hope it's good!

My husband came home sick from work so he's on the couch with some gatorade and saltines and I'm just snacking. So far I've had a teeny tiny bowl of cereal and a nestle crunch thin mint bar. I just went grocery shopping and have so many good meals planned but I'm trying to be quiet so he can rest and I don't want to make a big meal for just me to eat.

I went all out tonight, picked up subs at the grocery store since I had to do the weekly shopping tonight since I didn't have time yesterday.

Looks like a lot of tacos and mexican tonight! We were going to have barbacoa beef tacos, but I forgot to start everything in the crockpot this morning so we're going to Quiznos :)
