Currently pregnant. Is it still a good idea to not be around/help out with painting walls, or are today's voc less paints safe enough that it isn't as much of an issue any more? Obviously not willing to chance anything, but I'd like to be able to help if I can. Thanks!

I painted an entire room with no voc paint and just made sure it was ventilated. No issues to speak of.

Ventilation and low VOC paint. I did it when I was pregnant!

I painted with even regular paint if I was in an exceptionally well ventilated area (like our garage with the door open) and with low VOC paints in moderately well ventilated areas (regular indoor bedrooms and bathroom)

Mainly just don't use spray paint (I make DH do any of the projects while I'm pregnant) and I think at least some wood stains are not recommended as well.
I used zero VOC (Behr) paint when I painted both DD1 and DD2's rooms.
