With DD1 I don't remember exactly how old she was. But we definitely put the potty out for her to get comfortable with before 2. She was potty trained by 27m?
DD2 is almost 16m and I think after the New Year I'll bring the Baby Bjorn floor potty back out just to get her used to having it in the bathroom.

I think we put it out at 18 months. She didn't really even start sitting on it until maybe 20 or 22 months. She's 26 months now and still uses it only occasionally.

We put it out when he was 22 months, but we didn't potty train until 30 months.

With DS, put it out around 24 months but didn't train until 30 months.
With DD who is newly 2, it has been on display in the bathroom forever and she knows what it is and what it is for. I'm going to make an attempt to potty train over the holidays (so almost 25 months), but I will be fine with delaying it for a few more months if it doesn't work.

27/28 months, not even until we potty trained her. We just introduced it one weekend (per the Oh Crap method) and that was that.
