hm. I will definitely be spelling and penmanship!
I think the rest is even...although I know with helping my nieces and nephews with their homework we'll both need some brushing up! haha

This is super easy... Rob will basically take care of everything but math. He was an english major and pre med so he's into all things english, science, history, etc... just horrible at math! (the only asian guy I know who got worse on his math than verbal on his SAT.)

I'm actually excellent with math so I'll be taking care of that

I can do math, science and hopefully anything technology or computer related. DH will handle writing and speaking, music history, art related and anything related to the bible (well besides the catholic part since he is not a catholic). Oh, he might even teach our kids Spanish.

We're lucky with this aspect since we're both teachers, but there's definitely subjects where each of us are better.

DH started college as a biology major and finished as a history/education major. Anything dealing with science and history is his thing.

I'm pretty good with math and english. I'm also learning a lot of Spanish, so I'll be able to help our kids out with that.

I'll for sure do spelling/grammar - DH is a terrible speller! And Spanish.

He'll for sure do math - he's an accountant.

Not sure about the rest - we're probably pretty evenly split

This is easy for us!

I am great at English and History. Mr. Jumper excels at Math and Science.

We are both great at spelling, so I'm sure we'll both help

Dh will probably be stuck doing most of it. But he hates reading, so ill do that.

Reading, english, life sciences and chemistry are all me.
Math, physics, spelling are DH.
There's no way to switch things up, either, because we are both horrible at the other's strengths.

History and social sciences, LO is on their own unless they inherit DH and my ability to memorize quickly.

I'll take everything except for History. Not a fan of history.

It honestly depends. I don't remember much off the top of my head, like if you asked me a random fact about American History, I'd probably have no idea! That's what the internet is for these days.

I believe more in teaching good studying and research habits...how to organize yourself, how to read and annotate, how to use a paper dictionary, looking up periodicals in the library, how to use the internet to find learning tools, that kind of stuff. Makes kids more self sufficient.
