I made pancakes for breakfast yesterday.
Before that... I can't even remember the last time! Believe it or not, I hate having carbs or bready type foods in the morning. (But ask me at 11:00 PM and my answer will be different....)

We had breakfast for dinner last week & I made pancakes (and eggs & bacon). Then my DH requested them again for breakfast another day.

I honestly can't remember - it's been that long. But Friday is supposed to be national pancake day!

We really don't eat pancakes too often. The last time I had pancakes was 4th of July weekend because we visited a cousin who really enjoys making pancakes for breakfast. She was so sweet to make everyone a big breakfast. Normally I rotate between cereal, fruit and cheese, a breakfast burrito, or a breakfast sandwich.

All. The. Time. It's one of the only foods that DS likes. Plus, we were on vacation last week and there was a pancake house on our block. We were there every single day!

This past weekend - I probably make them about once a week

Last month. I make special pancakes for the kids, and LO1 always gobbles them up. LO2 didn't care for them though.

I don't really like pancakes! I always prefer waffles. Plus I have GD so I can't remember the last time I had a pancake!

I don't remember! I looooove pancakes, but it's hard to find a decent gluten free pancake. I think my dad made me some a few months ago with blueberries from his garden!

Almost every weekend I have celiac disease so I almost never eat bread products during the week (the gluten free stuff is just to expensive and I have come to mostly prefer naturally gluten free items anyway) so DH is sweet and makes me the most delicious gluten free pancakes every Saturday so I can get my bread "fix" for the week

I think the last time I was at my mom's house, first weekend of August. She almost always makes buckwheat pancakes with berries for Sunday morning breakfast.

Two weekends ago. They are Liam's favorite, so we usually have them one day on the weekend and make extras that he can have throughout the week. Last weekend I was on an egg kick (rare for me), so we had breakfast burritos both days.

This morning! I made them for the boys. Very rare for me to do that but they were up obscenely early and I kind of wanted some myself, too.

@coopsmama: yum. Recipe? I might just try adding a dollop to mine. Extra protein is always good!

@regberadaisy: I used this one: http://heavenlyhomemakers.com/whole-wheat-peanut-butter-pancakes-and-my-peanut-butter-addiction-confession and it was good and had a nice texture but since there is no sweetener in it definitely requires maple syrup on top. My DH didn't like how the maple and PB went together but my son and I liked them a lot!
