Any tips on keeping your cool "in the moment" when you're going through a rough patch of parenting? If you've got tips for reacting calmly to LOs' bad behavior (which in our case can be generalized into two categories (a) not listening/following directions and (b) whining repeatedly), when you're inclined to fly off the handle and yell or threaten nonsense consequences.....I'd love to hear them. Going through a particularly rough patch of parenting right now, and could use some new strategies. Thanks!
