My one new thing is to add yoga, specifically adding yoga during what would be my normal morning tech time. So, out with the facebook check and in with downward dog.
I'm excited. I am hoping this is actually a pretty significant turning point for me, in that it is the beginning of the end of living in survival mode.
my goal is to drink more water. Some days it's happening and others not. I don't know why it's so hard. I always drank plenty of water when I WOH but now I SAH and it seems to be harder to remember!
you are doing great keeping up w the yoga--inspiring me to try to stick to my goal!
