AF didn't return until a month after I weaned DS at 12 months. AF made a return not even 4 months postpartum with DD; and I'm still nursing MOTN and not doing anything different than I did with DS. So having AF return this soon is a bit disappointing.
When did AF return for you postpartum with 2+? Any thoughts as to why mine returned so soon? Darn hormones. lol

Mine was the same both times - started 13 months PP and was immediately regular.

I'm 7 months post partum with LO2, still waiting for my first period. Not looking forward to it at all! With my first it came back around 10 weeks and it was BAD.

9 months pp with #2 and no period yet... I didn't get it back with LO #1 until I was 100% weaned at about 10 months... but I'm going to be nursing longer this time than the first, so we'll see!

Mine came back just shy of 4 months with LO1, I was so not ready for it. Hoping this time might be different... but prepared for it not to be. I was nursing ALL THE TIME...

@FannyMae: 10 weeks?! OMG! My lochia bleeding barely stopped at 10 weeks postpartum so I can't imagine having my period immediately after that! That's terrible!!
@maddyz: ARG! I'm nursing/pumping frequently also and it kept AF at bay with my first. No idea why she decided to tell my nursing body eff you and bludgeoned her one here. lol

Very similar- 11 months pp with LO1 and 10 months pp with LO2. I was nursing 3-4 times a day and once overnight with LO1. LO2 is nursing much more (5-6 times a day and 3 times overnight), so I thought it may take longer to return, but I can't complain.

@Alivoo01: I formula fed first baby, and my lochia stopped around 6 weeks. A month later I had my first period, it was the heaviest period EVER.

@FannyMae: my lochia took forever to end. It came and went. So annoying! My first period this time was considered light compared to my normal period flow so I'm a lil nervous to see how the following months are!
