When did your period return PP? Were you still breastfeeding at the time? I'm 5.5 months PP, EBF, and still no AF. I never thought I'd want it back, but I do! We want to start TTC in August..

LO still nurses 4 times a day, and I pump 3x a day on the days I work, and he probably nurses 10 times a day on the days I'm off.

My period came back last month after I went back to work and my supply took a huge hit.

I'm 5 months PP with DD and I'm pretty sure AF started at 3 months. But I had the copper iud inserted at 2 months PP so I'm not sure if it is AF or my body getting used to the IUD.

7.5 months and I was EBF! I was happy to make it that long. My sister was EBF and got hers back 4 weeks pp. no joke.

I'm 10 months PP and so far no AF. I stopped BFing at 7 and a half months.

3 months pp and we were EBF and he was not even close to sleeping through the night. I'm hoping AF stays away a bit longer this go around.

around 11 months with charlie, 2 months after i stopped pumping.
16 months with olive but i was still nursing then. she had been sttn for 2 months by then.

8 months pp. I cut down to 3 bf sessions a day to try and encourage it to come back. We wanted to start ttc. It came back about 3 weeks after I went to the 3 sessions. Now I do 3-4 sessions and I still got a regular cycle this month.

I'm at 9.5 months, and still no AF. I kind of want it to come back bc like you, we'd like to start TTC later this summer. I pump twice a day and DS nurses before bed. He also comfort nurses during the night because he doesn't STTN nor knows how to self soothe. Sigh.

It came back at 13 months and still bfing 3-4 times a day.

Wow, such a huge range. Still not back for me. As you know, we are EBF and 5.5 months pp. I'm hoping it stays away a bit longer, but not too long because we'll be TTC at the end of the year. Hope it comes back soon for you!!

8 months pp and LO is EBF and still nurses multiple times (2-3 I think, we co-sleep) a night.

LO is 11 months and my period hasn't returned yet (ebf).
My friend's period returned at 2.5 months with both her kiddos even though she was ebf, the range is crazy!

With DS it came back at 4 months pp. I had stopped BFing at 3 months though. 5.5 months pp now (with DD) and nothing!

With DD1, I was EBF and got my period at 11 weeks.
With DD2, I was EBF and got my period at 14 weeks.I am currently on my period and today is the third day of bleeding through EVERYTHING. It is pretty much a bloody (literally) nightmare. It seems like the bleeding is getting worse after each kid!

Around 8m pp and LO was still BF 4x a time.

14.5 months and triggered by a period of longer sleep about three weeks prior to AF showing. We're still nursing 4-6 times a day at eighteen months and AF is currently AWOL again!

@Rainbow Sprinkles: OMG!!! I'm nervous to see how AF will be once she returns. My periods pre-baby were hot and heavy the first 2-3 days so I'm actually nervous.

Mines just showed up Saturday night and I'm 3 months pp tomorrow and EBF I was hoping to be one of the lucky ones and go until I stopped bf but oh well

Just 3 days ago!! At almost 15 months pp. One month after I stopped breastfeeding.

16 months pp, I was still breastfeeding but just once a day. It was a 41 day cycle. I had to stop breastfeeding to TTC and my second cycle was much more regular (and I got KU so I think stopping breastfeeding was the key for me).
LO still nurses 4 times a day, and I pump 3x a day on the days I work, and he probably nurses 10 times a day on the days I'm off.
