sometimes I write it down. hahaha!

I do NOT like saying UMMM in phone conversations or messages, so if I'm particularly nervous or anxious or have lots of info before my phone call, I will write it all down.

Totally! I hate talking on the phone, I find it so awkward when you don't know whether to talk or if the other person is about to say something. so I think about what I want to say first to minize awkward pauses!

Oh for sure. Many times. I thought it was part of my social
Anxiety, but maybe I'm normal!!

Yes, I practice in my head for doctor's office/ect. phone calls! ha

I only rehearse it if it's going to be a difficult or awkward conversation.....or if I need to ask for something.

Nope I love talking on the phone!! I'm on the phone pretty often for work, I don't mind it or get nervous at all

I use to, I don't have time at work anymore. I do however have our voicemail message, closed, busy, after hours message typed out and stored under the phone for times when I need to change it.

I make notes and try to think up any possible questions they might have and what the answer will be!

I have kind of a phone phobia, though, so if I am talking to anyone other than close friend or family I have to get up the courage to call first. Having notes/rehearsal helps me feel better before I have to call!

I definitely still rehearse in my head. If its a call that makes me especially nervous I'll write it down, then wait and call when I'm confident I'll get a voicemail - then I can just say everything and in the way I had planned.... Life is so much better with email...
