I have the Motorola baby monitor and in the last month or so I've noticed that it doesn't seem to pan up or down sometimes. I need to see when I got it but I don't think it is quite 1 year old yet. I need to call Motorola or see if Amazon will do something since it was purchased through Amazon.

I use the cloud baby monitor app on my phone and use our old iPhones as cameras. Not fantastic but great price!

We have a Levana Ovia (discontinued) and have liked it, except we kept breaking the charger and have had to re-order it a few times! Also, now that it's discontinued I have to find a 2nd camera on Ebay or something for #2.

We use foscams, and I've been happy using them for the past 4 years.

We've had the Levana Astra for 2 years now and have had zero problems with it. You can add a second camera to it so we'll probably just order another camera whenever we have baby #2.

We have a Levana Aiden and love it! We got a second camera for easy use when traveling or if we want to keep a eye on him when he's not in the crib.

We have one from Infant Optics and it's been fine. Very basic video, doesn't move or allow you to talk, but it's worked for about 2 years now with no issues. We previously had a Levana (I think Stella?) and it died after less than a year and we never used all its features.
Not sure what we will do when #2 arrives, hopefully we can just get another camera for our current one.
