We have the Little Mommy "Hispanic" doll that SorryCharlie recommended, as well as a brown-eyed Adora doll. I really like the Adora dolls, they're very cute and durable, and the bathtime ones are even machine washable. They don't look as Asian as Corolle doll, but they're different from the typical blonde haired blue eyed baby dolls.

I also saw lots of Asian Cabbage Patch Kids in Costco last Christmas when we were doing our doll shopping. Maybe check those out to find one you like, since they all look a bit different?

We ended up getting the FAO Schwartz doll for half price at TRU. I have no idea why they are so expensive! I think it is cuter in person but the hair feels funny to me. I guess I expected it to he smoother. It feels a little sticky like unwashed hair. I am happy with it but I wouldn't pay full price for it. LO likes it! She took it in her crib last night.

UPDATE: We've had the Corolle Yang doll for over a week now and she's been getting more and more love from LO. I actually think it's a lot cuter IRL than the photo. Yes, it's a little more stereotypically Asian than I'd prefer, but I like the depth of the eyes and other features, vs. flat, painted eyes. And it smells really nice. I'm just posting these pics for now - will remove them shortly, since this isn't Gold.

@shopaholic: awww isn't she just the cutest thing!
My DD has a baby Stella doll like someone posted above, and she never got into it at all. She much preferred her bald baby dolls that are not Asian looking at all.

I love that last one! We aren't asian and I kinda want that one for ourselves.
