Well it's 3AM and even though the babe is sleeping I'm wide awake. Before pregnancy I was an awesome sleeper, no trouble falling asleep and staying that way until morning. Towards the end of pregnancy I was frequently wide-awake from about 3-5AM. I remember once thinking "I bet I'll actually sleep more after she's born and I can get in a comfortable position." Haha, what a silly thought. Now she's 5 months old and usually does a 7-9 hour stretch at night... but it's like my body has forgotten how to sleep. It takes forever to fall asleep, I wake up a bunch and have trouble falling asleep again. So frustrating to know she's in the other room asleep and I'm laying here wide awake!

Anybody else going through this? How long did it last? Any tips for better sleep?
