My period ended on 20th July. I noticed blood while wiping last night and it has decreased significantly now. Anyone experienced this and when should I call my OB??

Some people just randomly spot. Periods are wonky. Unless things were really unusual for you for more than 2 months I'd probably chalk it up to randomness.

I often had break through bleeding around ovulation. My OB was never concerned.
