We got sooo lucky with him being home (firefighter) SIX nights in a row in my fertile window! I stopped taking OPK's on Saturday I think, I know I didn't take any yesterday. I got crosshairs so I figured I was good. WRONG. I am going to take one today for good measure. I have a pic of my OPK's but I dunno how to share it on Hellobee. @dharmainitiative: Are those last 3 OPKs all CD16? And the ones you took CD17 were negative?! And what happened the day FF took away your crosshairs? I put in watery CM yesterday and it took mine away. I was like hellllll nooooooooo. I changed it to creamy and it gave them back.

@JoJoGirl: Hahhahaha. I keep joking that I suffer from "FTS" Frequent Testing Syndrome. I was scared that I would miss my surge so I would test 3-4 times per day. Everything on CD17 was very negative. So, when I started messing with my CD16 OPK on FF it started giving me dotted CH's. CH's never became solid again. Then gone today =( Are you going to test again tomorrow?

@dharmainitiative: OMG. I tested 3 times one day with the DIGITALS I was so frustrated they weren't going positive (I Od so damn late this month - see all my stupid negatives on my chart?). That last OPK on CD16 is really close to positive. Is that the one you drowned?
I'm going to try not to test again til Wednesday, if I can help it. My temp is either going to be higher or lower tomorrow morning so going to just go by that instead of a test.
That's of course assuming it's lower

@JoJoGirl: yeah, lol. I have been messing with it all day (see other post about research method!). But has anyone ever not been given crosshairs until 6 or 7 dpo? Seems bizarre.

@sslm: This is my first month charting, so no clue here. All I know is at 9dpo it tried to take away my crosshairs based on CM.... so I don't know what their logic is.

@JoJoGirl: That's the one I think I drowned. I had acupuncture that day from 1230-130, drank some water before, peed before, peed right before I left, drank more water, peed when I got home (negative), peed an hour later, then tested again. So, I'm pretty sure. Hope your temp goes up tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Glad to know I'm not the only one who tests frequently!!! haha
@sslm: This has happened to me before, and I actually like it when it does that. Hahah. It's like wow, I'm already halfway through! -
I am so over this I could scream!!! Today is CD 20 and still neg OPK and my temps are all screwy.
In Feb and Mar I O'd on CD 17. I'm starting to worry that my d&c has messed up my cycles. Today I feel like I could cry.

@alison206: First of all, I am so sorry about your D&C. Big, BIG hugs to you =( You're not alone with random crazy cycles. I have a friend on the wedding bee who just had a random 60 day cycle, Oing on CD40 or so. I, too, had a random crazy cycle last cycle. My first cycle after my MC I didn't O until CD20, then on CD15. Because your dot yesterday is white, did you possibly take your temp later than usual? When I take mine later than usual, they are higher than they are supposed to be which makes my chart look like the rocky mountains. You may want to discard that one. Keep truckin, it could still happen!

Still not testing til Thursday. Feeling very calm about this all today...Looking at a bunch of BFN charts, temps don't seem to start falling til 12 or 14dpo. So still too early to tell. We'll see

@JoJoGirl: AF is due tomorrow or Thurs? I think that they usually just fall the day your period is due. I can't wait to see what your temp does tomorrow!

@Smurfette: I'm not sure when it's due because my cycles have been so unpredictable. My LP was 11 days last month (I started spotting 12dpo) - sooooo I guess tomorrow?? EEK!
I don't want to test again til Thursday a) cause I am guessing AF will be here by then and b) DH and I are both busy in the evenings tonight and tomorrow night so even if there's a positive test, I won't have time to tell him in person til Thursday!

@alison206: Hugs. It's only been three days later than normal and OPKs suck anyways (still haven't gotten a pos after 2 months). Maybe the dip day before yesterday was O and you'll get your crosshairs in a couple of days. Hang in there!

@alison206: I was RIGHT THERE with you a couple of weeks ago with the neg opks - it's so frustrating. I got my + on CD20 or 21 so don't lose hope! I'm so so sorry about your D&C. Even if they are temporarily wonky due to that, they will regulate. Hugs.

@dharmainitiative, @grace, @jojogirl - thank you for your guys encouraging words! I think I get so upset because I SHOULD be pregnant and I shouldn't have to be doing this. Oh well, everything happens for a reason. I'm out of OPK and I'm not sure I'll buy more for this month. Might just wing it!

@SSLM - Maybe this isn't our month? I feel like I O'd right before I got my period last month (after the 6 week wait) so maybe I'm off schedule? Maybe our bodies just aren't ready yet? Or maybe we're both worrying over nothing and we'll be pregnant at the end of this month!

I tested this morning, BFN (told myself I would test if temps didn't drop below coverline). Boobs were crazy sore yesterday and now they're fine. Alright *tomorrow* I'll know, right...?? In other news, I had dreams all night about my temps being wonky and discussing it with @Smurfette. One-track mind, much? I was confused when I woke up and realized I hadn't actually temped yet....
@sslm: @dharmainitiative: I have hope for BOTH of you guys that O is like, today. Those are crazy drops!
ETA Smurfette I just saw your big dip and BFP happened on 14dpo! Okay gotta hang tight for a few more days and hopefully AF won't spring on me today.

Agree about this morning's dip - I haven't fallen below 97.5 since that weird 2dpo day so holding out hope for the timebeing. If anything, if AF doesn't come today, at least my LP is longer??
Let's see what it does tomorrow...By the way are you also using OPKs? You may have said upthread but I can't remember.
Also, bless your heart for all that BD. My gosh!

Well I think I messed up my charting but its ok cause we stuck to BDing. First cycle TTC when we got pregnant I charted every morning at 6:45 (cause I was working) and my chart was wonderful and easy to read. Now that it's summer vacation, I started at 9:00 and I realized I toss and turn for a little while before I actually wake up and temp. So I switched back to 6:45 and like @sslm said, my temps are evening ok so maybe!?
Can you get pregnant with your O so late in the cycle?

@alison206: I don't see why not! Just don't expect it to be 28 days. If you go to FF and search charts by "late ovulation" and "pregnancy", you'll feel better - tons of folks who got BFPs after ovulating on like CD29, CD33, etc.
I told myself this cycle that my late O just means my uterine lining just had PLENTY of time to get nice and fluffy before anyone tried to live there.
AF hasn't arrived yet and my temps are still up (12dpo) so we'll see how that theory pans out!
