My little guy recently transitioned out of swaddle wrap but at night I've noticed that now he has such cold hands! The temperature in the room is around 75 degrees so I don't think it's too cold. He doesn't like sleep sacks since he kicks around so much. What do your little ones sleep in to keep them warm?

We have same issue I asked pedi he said she is perfectly fine! I used to put her in pj's that had the covers for her hands, but now she sucks her hands to go back to sleep so I just leave them out

75 sounds super warm to me!
I wouldn't worry about his hands - I always heard to touch the back of their neck to get a real idea of body temperature.

You can tell if they are truly cold by checking their chest. If that's warm, they are ok. Feet and hands always seem cold because of poor circulation in little babies.

when we first transitioned lo out of swaddles her hands were freezing, but only for a couple days, it's like she learned how to regulate her temp or something! now i never noticed cold hands on her

I've read many places and my pediatrician said as well to never judge their warmth by their feet or hands. Their circulatory system is still so immature so their extremities are often cold to the touch.
Unrelated to warmth, we do put the white Gerber socks on his hands when he sleeps. We do it because he's still too small for a lovey or blanket but he likes to rub the material on his face to fall asleep. The pediatrician said it was totally fine. So maybe you can try socks on his hands if you're really concerned?Also, I noticed you said he doesn't like sleep sacks - but did you try a fleece one? My son (just shy of 6 months) doesn't like the muslin sleep sacks but he looooves the fleece ones. Every baby is different though, but still thought I'd ask since it worked so well for him.
