I've been taking B6/Unisom since my raging nausea started at about 6 weeks pregnant. I'm not sure it ever truly helped (I have been nauseous 24/7 despite the medication) but I started to feel minutely better weeks 11/12...I'm 13 weeks tomorrow and I. Feel. Like. Garbage. It seems like the B6/unisom is doing NOTHING now. Do you think my body just acclimated and I should up my dose? I currently take 50 mg B6 at 2 pm, and 50 mg B6/1 unisom at bedtime. (I experiment with taking 25 mg B6 in the morning and 25 mg at noon, but a double dose in the afternoon seemed to help the most)

Basically all of this to say: did you end up having to increase your Diclegis dose even at the end of the first trimester? Don't get me wrong, I'm thankful to be growing a seemingly healthy baby...but I'm so sick of being sick!
