We finished up our birth preferences and had our doula and one of the hypnobirth instructors review it. Our doula made it clear that whatever we decided even if it was against what she would have done she would not judge and she didn't . I was a little surprised that our hypnobirth instructor also a doula gave us a little push back. The purpose of the birth plan review was to make sure it sounded positive and our wishes were clear. When it came to baby care we had the discussion with our pediatrician and did our own research. (Thanks again all who contributed to the pediatrician consultant questions!)

Just curious did you delay (after skin to skin or even longer) or decline altogether any of the following?

Prophylactic eye medication
Vitamin K injection (or oral administration)
Hepatitis B vaccine
