What do you have on the menu for this week? I've been in a total food/cooking rut. I've been really focusing on nutrition and diet for the last several months and I'm starting to get burned out. I think the cool mornings that have been sneaking in make me want comfort food which is not in my diet's best interest

So far I have:
M: WW pasta with veggie pasta sauce & ground turkey
Tue: grilled chicken & veggies
W: stuffed peppers
Th: maybe grilled hamburgers, potatoes, and veggies

It's not very exciting, but it works. We were gone all weekend so I haven't been to the store and I have a toddler who has doc appointment for a nasty looking bug bite (spider I think right on the tush) so I really need fast, easy, and cheap is always a plus
