I rarely ever buy anything but I always like to wander in if a place has a gift shop....you never know, right?

Yes. I ALWAYS look, even if its a place that I know won't have anything I want. There are usually cute knick-knacky things to look at, and its fun! The hospital gift shop is always great, even though I'm never there for good reasons.
