I am so counting down the time until the girls go to bed. They are so grumpy and I just want to sit in bed and relax! 1 hour and 45 minutes for one and almost 3 hours for the other...sigh.
Who is counting down with me?

Yes and no... I'm so tired from work already and sometimes just want to get to all the chores already so I can sit down and for a minute. But then I already don't see her all day so I wish I have more time with her always!

More often than not, yes..... I love him to pieces but I am so tired at the end of the day....

Totally doing that tonight...45 minutes separates me, a can of coke, pizza, and binge watching scandal with Dh!

Almost every day for me. The time between dinner and bedtime just exhausts me for some reason, plus my patience is usually running low by that point after working all day!

Counting down right now! It'll be a few more hours for us. We're eating Chinese fast food for dinner so the dinner part is easy tonight. It's been a long week!

Yes. Lately I've been solo parenting during the week and during the day on the weekends. I'm pregnant, tired, and sick. I just want to go to bed. Sadly, for the last few weeks, very much so.

No.....my husband is gone at night and solo bedtime with 3 kids is no joke! I dread bedtime.

Nope my husband works nights and I'm solo with J after work when I pick him up from preschool. It's the only time of the day I get with him.
Tonight he fell asleep before pumpkin carving and our movie.

Not lately. He's been dropping his last nap, so he's pooped by 7:30. He goes to bed so easily now...like he used to before he hit the 2.5-3 age range.

Some days. Not most days because lo is usually super fun right before bed and that is usually our only time all together with dh. But I count down until dh gets home basically every day

@petunia354: yes, exactly this.....then I feel bad....stupid mommy guilt!

TOTALLY! DD doesn't nap routinely anymore so I'm so happy I can start bedtime so much earlier than I used to. But still I count the minutes. When DD does nap, she tends to fall asleep in the late afternoon in the stroller on our way home from some outing/activity and I silently curse because now I have to wait much longer to start her bedtime. But I just cannot keep the girl awake when she's like that and needs to nap. The earlier the bed time the better!!!!

Very occasionally! I have terribly anxiety, and I avoided meds for years due to ttc/pregnancy, but I finally got a scrip for Zoloft bc it was one of the only ones that is BF friendly, and it's helped me so much with having that end of the day edge that I used to have! Now I usually just really enjoy them, no edge at all....But my kids are both super good most of the time, so I'm also just really lucky

A lot of days, yes. My 2 year old becomes hyper/off the wall every single night around dinner time. And I have a 1 week old who cluster feeds in the evenings like crazy, so I'm nervous for DH to go back to work on Monday and do it myself most nights (DH normally isn't home until 8:30 at night, so he misses bed time a lot)

Yes and no, I get tired but miss DD! Usually I don't wish for bedtime, I wish for the weekenend!

A few days a week? I solo parent a lot right now, and it's more like a countdown until I get a break from cooking/cleaning/entertaining.

Not too often because I work full time. There is usually only an hour and a half between when I get home and bedtime.

Everyday. Especially since she dropped her nap recently. I love her but the day gets loooong.

It depends on DH more than it probably should, honestly. If he's being a happy, hands on daddy, then no. If I'm alone, sometimes. If DH is being...less than his best, yes.
