I've never been a kid person. I'm always amazed at the amount of people that talk to M when we're out or comment on how cute she is, etc. b/c that is something I have never and will never do to strangers - it's just not a natural instinct for me.

I never really liked kids, and especially not babies. Whenever anyone asked me if I was having kids I'd say no because they're loud and sticky. Which they are.
But since I had my baby I really like most babies. Like a baby laughing before would've done exactly nothing for me. Now I think it's the cutest thing ever.
I still think a lot of kids are annoying. Especially the ones who talk and talk and talk and talk (which is ironic because I'm pretty sure I was that kid). But I'm wondering if I'll start to like each age group more as my daughter gets there.

I really like kids but of course there are some that are more awesome and likeable than others!

I never really liked kids and was very awkward around them. But since having Xander, I like other kids more than I used to, and I'm more understanding of them too.

@Mae: Yes, I think that is what happened to me, I've liked the age groups as my son got there and I understood better what was happening and developmentally appropriate.
Bottom line is I don't like chaos, so large numbers of kids or adults tend to make me anxious.
