I don't because my lashes are super long on the bottom and I think it's so wierd.....like spidery? So after about 8th-9th grade I stopped and now I only put mascara on the top.
But I notice in pictures that a lot of people do put mascara on their bottom lashes. Do you?

I wish I had long enough lashes not to, but you can barely see mine if I don't wear mascara top & bottom. And I'm brunette! I just have wimpy eyelashes. I envy my son's.

Usually yes. If I do a dramatic cat eye, I will put very little on the bottom though.

Only if it's tubing mascara. Other mascara, even waterproof, gives me raccoon eyes.

I have the same issue as you, my bottom lashes are too long for it -- it always ends up looking like Twiggy, lol.

I do. I just dab it on though instead of combing it through. If I comb it they look spidery!

I do but my lashes are blonde. I just do a little bit on the bottom to give them some color.

i do from like the middle to the outer corners. my lashes are blonde and short so it's a must for me!

Nope, never! I have the same problem - my bottom lashes are too long, so I look crazy when I do it.

Never. My bottom lashes curl back towards my face, so when I put mascara on them it immediately gets on my skin.

No. It gives me raccoon eyes even with waterproof mascara and I think it looks spidery.

Yes. I dont do eyeliner on the bottom (if i do, it's white or nude), so I think it's a softer way to "complete" my eye look. I also think it makes your eyes look larger.

I do. Through tomorrow, then I'm getting Novalash done tomorrow evening and so I'm looking forward to going mascara-less!!!! I'm so excited to not fight with a curler & mascara!!!

Yep! I apply it in an upward motion so my lashes stick out rather than down.

I do but very lightly and mostly on the outer lashes. My lashes are very light, almost blond, so if I don't it looks weird.

@.twist.: yes- it's a full set of lash extensions:). My eyelashes start falling out in the last trimester of pregnancy apparently ( WHY??!?) and my hair salon started doing them. Honestly, as much as I hate that my eyelashes are looking crappy, it's too much TIME and money for me to really want to mess with...I had asked about them and wasn't thrilled with the price or maintenance, but I'm giving it a shot bc I realized that I spend so much time every day on my lashes with my Shu Uemura curler/mascara process, plus if they're falling out, I probably need to give them a break. The initial set is $200, takes a couple of hours (sucks!). Then have to get them touched up every 4 weeks for $75. Total pain in the ass! But I'm just giving it a shot bc the before/afters I've seen are insane!!!

Never. I do eyeliner on the bottom, and my lashes are so tiny you wouldn't be able to tell.
I did buy some knock off Younique stuff though, so I'm interested to see how that works out...

@PrincessBaby: Ugh. I know those prices really get me. I had a girlfriend who used to do it and my stylist has them and they are SO BEAUTIFUL. I just can't justify the cost. *sads* Hope you enjoy them!!!!

My bottom eyelashes are almost as long as my top ones. I feel like I look crazy with mascara on the bottom normally, so unless I'm doing a full heavy smoky eye, I skip it.

Yes! But I don't comb it through all the way. Kind of just dab to get a little bit of color down there.

I don't only because the look changes my eye so drastically it freaks me out a little bit. But then I also sometimes feel like my eyes look disproportionate with too much makeup on the top and nothing on the bottom. So I guess I haven't figured it out yet.

No, I wear eyeliner and I feel it's enough on the bottom. I only wear my mascara on the top lashes.
