What do you track with it? What do you like about it? What do you dislike? Do you wear it all the time, or just when exercising?
I received one as a surprise gift, but it's not something I ever wanted or expressed interest in.
The good thing about it is that I can wear it when swimming, so at least it keeps me motivated for that and times my workout. Other than that, I'm not sure that it's very useful.
I liked it for keeping track of my sleep/lo's wake ups though as well as steps. It was good when I was running to keep track of my speed, distance, etc.
and I'm normally not a watch person. It only tells the approximate time though, so it's a little weird. (It's a Misfit Shine 2).
