Now that I'm near the end of breastfeeding I need to start watching what I eat and exercising again. I'm curious as to what others are doing. Any diets or workouts you love?
Currently I count calories with MyFitnessPal, spend about 15 minutes on my elliptical (working on increasing that), and do some quick ab workouts (leg lifts, reverse crutches, flutter kicks).
I love the idea of you and your DH doing planks every night, my DH is really getting into fitness lately and wants to do things together, he runs, I have really bad knees so can't, but planks are a can-do and if we make each other do them together even better.
I'm going to incorporate it in my routine.
