I'm almost 9'weeks PP and have been walking/jogging for 8 days now. I've also been incorporating some other exercises but walking and jogging is the most consistent thing I'm doing. I'm 24lbs under prepregnancy weight but I think I'm hitting a wall. My diet could be better. I've been watching my portions and snacks but haven't been eating as healthy as I should. I'm not eating much junk food though. My supply has been good so far but I've been worried about working out too much. I don't want my supply to be affected.
