so, i have been gaining weight since the beginning of sept when i started a new job and completely turned my back on trying to be healthy. i finally weighed myself again this morning and i'm up 10 lbs from where i was sept 1. UGH!

i run regularly, so i'm good on that, but i eat like shit and have a hard time convincing myself to do other workouts besides running.
