I count macros and log all my food in My Fitness Pal. I lift weights 4-5x/week but do pretty much no cardio other than the occasional warm-up on the elliptical.

I do Barre! I eat a lot of veggies and only drink water. I’m still breastfeeding but it’s decreased lately. I love barre and I love to eat! I don’t believe in removing sweets cause I love them too much! Portion control works for me! Overall, walking and barre and eating a healthy balanced meal!
