If you had 30 minutes two times a week to workout at a gym (no classes, just equipment), what would be the most effective routine or series of exercises?
I feel like my body has gone haywire - down to my lowest since my wedding (112) while nursing a newborn to my current highest (128) since weaning down to once a day with a 2.5 year old and I'm petite so it shows! Most of my weight is settling in my stomach and I had a c-section so suggestions about the best exercises for that are much appreciated.
