I am going to start taking a B-complex vitamin this cycle in the hopes that it helps with the spotting pre-AF I was having over the last few cycles pre m/c. If you took it, did you start at the beginning of your cycle or after O? I have heard it can delay O, but that's not a concern for me (later O would be better actually since DH and I are traveling separately for several days this month). What issues did you take it for, and did it help with them? Did you notice that it helped right away or did it take time?
