I know some of you may have seen that article about a man questioning his wife's Fitbit because her resting heartrate had risen significantly than wear it had been. It turned out it was high because she was pregnant!
Has anyone noticed this change in their resting heartrate before getting a BFP? Mine is currently higher than it normally is...

@schubr03: I didn't monitor with a fitbit, but my heart rate did go up while I was pregnant! It caused me to get really dizzy and sick when I got hot haha
But I'm not sure how reliable the fitbit HR monitors are. Fingers crossed for you though!!

I heard about that and thought it was really interesting. I have inappropriate sinus tachycardia, so mine is always faster than the normal range. I kept tabs on it often, and mine did not increase during pregnancy. Interestingly, it even went down to normal during labor! I think it must've been hormonal effects.
So I would say it could be a sign. It seems to be for some people. But absence of change would not make me expect a bfn, based on my experience.

Congrats!
My Fitbit stopped taking a charge so I haven't worn it in a couple months, but I looked back at my data and it did go up a tiny bit at first after I got my bfp, and then more during the first few weeks of pregnancy but not during tww.
