So I saw some pics of me on July 4th and was like "oh geez I have gained weight"

I weighed myself and I up 11 lbs since having my DS 5.5 yrs ago.

Great that its been a slow weight gain but sucky that I am pushing 40 and don't want to continue this trend.

So I started logging in MFP yesterday - I am at 1200 calories per day and this is my exercise:

Sun - Bar Method DVD - 50 mins
Mon - 25 mins elliptical
Tues- Bar Method DVD - 50 mins
Wed - 25 mins elliptical
Thurs - Bar Method DVD - 50 mins
Fri - 25 mins elliptical

Sat - nothing - Saturdays are busy

Its really hard to fit stuff in during the week - I work FT outside the home - I will wait till DH gets home so he can hang with the kids while work out.

Is this enough? Do I need to do more?

I would be happy with a 6 lb weight loss!
