I'm long overdue for a haircut. I want to take several inches off to get rid of the damaged ends. I'm going to get it cut tomorrow but have no idea what kind of cut I want to get. Help! Vote for your favorite or post a pic of a great haircut for me. I like medium to long hair

With the exception of the length of the front pieces, I think all of these are essentially the same cut. I'd show them all to your hairdresser so you can let them know what you'd like it to look like wavy and straight.

Yeah they all look like lobs to me, 1 and 4 are just curly versions, and I love that cut! Go for it!

@sandy: I got this cut (really similar, maybe a smidge shorter) last year and loved it. I always had layers before and a blunt cut was nice for a change, made me feel more sophisticated. Post an after pic!

I like 1 & 4, although it will look completely different without curling it. I just cut almost 12 inches off and now have a cut very similar to 1 & 4. I love it!

I think it depends on your face shape and how much daily maintenance you're willing to invest? I could never get 1 & 4 because I don't have curly hair and would never ever take the time to curl it! LOL I actually think 2 is really cute but not sure how I personally feel about oblong (long in front) cuts

I have your #2 photo (angled bob?) haircut now but I have wavy hair like #4 Naturally, best of both worlds!!

I've had #1 & 2 on my phone for months trying to decide if I should take the plunge. I think they are all similar cuts, just styled differently.

Thanks for your input! Like @erinpye said I think all the cuts are pretty similar so i just told my stylist I wanted a lob around my collarbone and that I wanted to eventually grow my hair out again. Once curled my hair doesn't really look like any of the photos but that's ok.
