We are refinishing our bar we have in our basement, and finished off the top with a clear coat Epoxy just from the hardware store. Well as it's setting, it turned cloudy! Gah!! After googling, it looks like we may have over worked it (we kind of brushed it on instead of pouring completely)....
But I can't find anything in there how to fix it?!

@mrbee: unfortunately yes. We've tried wetting it, and lightly sanding an area to no avail.

@MrsBrewer: What brand of epoxy is it? Maybe a hairdryer would help! Got the idea from the comments on this video:

@mrbee: JB Weld is the brand I think. We actually used a blow torch on it right after we poured it for the same effects as the blow dryer, to try and get the bubbles out. That was another thought of mine.... I wonder if we burned it?? Maybe it got too hot. This is what we get for trying to DIY it! Ha!

@mrbee: nope, , extremely dry actually. And cold. It's in our basement, so the temp was probably around 65ish. Maybe it was too cold.

Update: I contacted the company, and they are rewriting the instructions on the box. We didn't mix the Epoxy together enough.....ugh. The company is sending me replacements thankfully.
