My husband follows a lot of fitness stuff on Facebook. He recently came across this article, he feels strongly about it. Have any of you seen this?

This trainer exposes some of the misleading before and after photos you see of people's weight loss journeys. I am in no way saying everyone does this, but, I guess just be careful in setting your own goals and making them realistic.

All this trainer did was put on a size bigger bottoms that fit better, a happy face, tanning lotion and did her hair and she stood a little differently, and she looks a LOT more fit and the two photos are only 15 mins apart! Totally crazy!
