Both of my boys have had constant cold and my youngest has had a stomach virus twice and the flu. My oldest had a stomach virus once. It feels like nonstop illness in this house this winter. Ready for it to all be done.

Yes! There was a 2 week period in December where dh, dd, and I want to urgent care 7 times between the 3 of us. Even now, I feel like one of us is always sick. Ugh. Hope your kids are feeling better!

Lots and lots of colds. Then M got the flu 2 weeks ago but luckily everyone else escaped it.

Yes! I was sick for over a month (flu, acute bronchitis, cold) and just when I'm finally starting to feel better, DD comes home with another cold. She's been coughing in my face ... I'm a goner

It's been a rough stomach virus season for us! In January my middle son had it bad and passed the severity to my husband. My oldest, baby and myself on got it mildly but just when my husband starting feeling better he got it again bad! It was seriously a month of vomiting and diarrhea in our house! My middle guy got it again last week but thankfully very mild and less than 24 hours this time. It's constantly going around daycare and I'm so over thinking about vomit and diarrhea!!!!!!!

Luckily no. Besides her 2 year well visit we last went to the Dr in September for an ear infection. She's had a few colds but noting major.
But she was violently ill for almost a month with HFM, croup and a staff infection in July sooooo I don't really believe there is a true season for illness.

Ugh yes. We've had stomach bugs, sinus infections, and multiple colds. Can't wait for summer!

Not too bad. DD1 had the flu, but her symptoms were mild. She also did get coxsackie but I forgot when that was! That was horrible.

We've had many colds and no major illnesses so I'd say it wasn't horrible. The worst part was being sick with a bad cold right before, during, and after having LO2, and also all of us (including the baby) got another bad cold when he was only 2 weeks old. He's now almost 4 months old and of course has yet another cold which he is struggling with on top of his 4 month sleep regression. I'll be glad when the weather warms up.

Lots of colds (which turned into an infection) stomach bugs, and one case of suspected flu for DD1. Didn't test her since I'd already paid $190 for a flu test earlier in the season (with insurance, ridiculous!). DD2 is ten weeks old and is on her third cold. I'm just grateful that we didn't get hit with anything worse and that DD2 never spiked a high fever.

It has been one of the rougher years we have ever had. And it still seems to be lingering.

We've had it easy. DD had one cold followed by a lingering runny nose that had to be treated with antibiotics. DH had one cold and then I caught it. Otherwise we've been well.

@travellingbee: sorry. We had it rough last year but I feel like our lucky streak this year must be coming to an end soon. We've just had colds and lots of snot. Hoping we just got off easy this year. I've been really grateful for it because I've had other (minor) issues going on like trying to get my acidity (stomach) under control and headaches related to my jaw issues.

It has been awful for us. I think my son has been off and on sick since November, but he got a horrible cold in February and gave it to DH and myself. It was horrible. We felt like we were dying. I thought it was the flu but we didn't have fevers, so I have no clue what it was. He's had another horrible cold that he's still getting over 2 weeks later. My son very rarely gets sick, so it's been really bad this year.
My cousins' kids have been in urgent care almost every weekend this winter. She said the kids in her 4K class have been out constantly this month. One day she had less than 10 kids in her class!

Yes! Constant colds, sore throats, and congestion. LO has also had fevers and HFM.
Thank goodness for Theraflu and canned chicken soup. Next year, as a family, we have to do better.

For us it's been like every other year. A stomach virus that only hit one of my kids, a cold that got my 2 oldest and my husband and then another cold this week that got my older 2 and put my newborn in the hospital with rsv. But to me it doesn't feel any different than other years haha!

Horrendous. Many colds, croup, stomach viruses and an awful cold for DH that left him with a facial palsy that isn't improving five months later. We are hoping for a much healthier spring!

YES. constant cold/ear infections/fluid in ears for DS. I even got strep throat after Thanksgiving and am sick again now.

@travellingbee: we were sick from Sept- Feb. Virus, stomach bug and HFM. My guy was under a year tho, in daycare 3 days a week. It sucked but he seems sooo much better now.,

Yep, we've had stomach flu, flu, and various colds. Despite having sinus surgery last November, I still get sick with other stuff like kidney infection followed by shingles. By the time I got shingles, my body was pretty worn down from being sick and not getting enough sleep.

Scratch that I just found out what projectile vomiting looks like. During spring break- 90 min from home without a washer and dryer

Afraid to jinx it but its been fine. My LO just doesn't get sick often, even starting school this year. He's had maybe 2 colds and last week he had pink eye but that's it. I think I maybe had one cold in the fall? I actually don't remember the last time I had a cold.
DH has probably been the worst of all of us but he's always gotten a lot of colds/coughs/ear infections. He's also the only one who doesn't get a flu shot! So maybe that's why.

It has been a really hard season for us! He'll get a cold, then get better for a day or two, then get something else. This last round was a long, lingering cold with a nasty cough and runny nose. That progressed to a sinus infection that required antibiotics. He FINALLy got a week of relief. Then last night Im pretty sure he started getting hfm sores in his mouth. Ugh. I'm so over it!!!
It's his first season in a daycare/preschool setting so I'm hoping next year won't be so bad.

No not nearly as bad as last year. No stomach issues at all this year either. Huge relief.

Omg. Totally did jinx myself. Was up all night saying his tummy hurt and this morning he puked for the first time ever.

Well, consdering DH and I were hospitalized yesterday for norovirus, I would say pretty bad! We were traveling for spring break so we were 5 hours from friends and across the country from family. We were both admitted to the hospital overnight while throwing up stomach bile and getting oxygen and 3 bags of IV fluids each while having a cranky toddler with us in the ER at midnight. He had to sleep the whole night on his back strapped in the stroller bc they couldn't fit a hospital crib in the room

I'm nervous to comment on this but no. LO had a virus that lasted a couple of days the week before Christmas and that's it.
