I know I'm not alone - pregnancy for me is paired with the most insane dreams. Scary dreams, weird dreams, sex dreams, random dreams. Like, 5,458,430 dreams per night, and I wake up feeling like I haven't slept.

I haven't started taking calmag yet, but I'm wondering if it'll help calm my brain down.
