I'm 1 year postpartum and still 25-30lbs over my prebaby weight and I'm getting REALLY frustrated. A month ago, I decided to go hardcore and make a lot of changes. I gave up pop and my beloved sweet tea and replaced it with 2L+ of water. I increased my steps and I get between 10-15k/day. I walk 4-6 miles 5-6 times a week. And I've been dairy free for a year which eliminates a lot of sweets and fattening foods. Problem is, I'm still nursing. Is this the reason I'm not dropping weight? What else can I do? I'm disgusted with myself.
