CD 22/9DPO and I have been SICK, ladies. I was trying to avoid taking anything for it (longshot, but in case I am KU) but I caved yesterday. Called in sick to work and took some Nyquil. It was glorious.

@doxielove: Don't feel bad, I actually came down with the flu the same day my Dr. confirmed my BFP and I'm currently on antibiotics! I was so scared to take them, but they're perfectly safe. My Dr. also said Benadryl is fine too. I hope your sickness means that you're pregnant!!

Ok, I gave in 8 DPO and I tested. BFN. I know my doctor said that having a trigger shot will give me a false positive if I tested earlier than 14DPO. I think she's wrong. I looked at the half lift of HSG shot and it's like 0.63 days or something. The HSG shot is definitely out of my system. It's still early, though.
Anyway, I'm going on hold off on POAS til the 28th.
Oh, by the way, I had some cramping earlier this week. Maybe some implantation cramps?!?!
Anyway, I need to stop symptom spotting so I can have a great holiday.

@Mrs D: @Ash: I am so bummed...i thought that we had a real chance this month...i am really looking forward to the next week off of work and having some time to really "clear" my head...i think i am begining to obsess and stress about TTC...just putting a lot of pressure on myself...i had a mini breakdown last weekend had this light bulb moment that; just the same way i found love i will find my forever baby and that is just letting my God take the lead...it will happen, i know it will i just need to back off myself so that i can be truly happy with what i have now...

@MrsCastro: I can relate 100%. *hugs* Your sticky baby is watching down on you waiting for the right time to join you and DH. This month was especially hard for me too... but my mom keeps telling me I'll get my sticky baby. And I believe her. I have to trust in God and follow his plan (rather than wanting what I want NOW). We both know what it's like to catch a glimpse of being pregnant and being mamas... but it was also taken away from both of us so quickly. We know the feeling and we want to feel it again. I might've only been 7 weeks along but I felt like a mommy already. Your time will come again. I promise you. It's easy to obsess and stress when you want something so badly. I'll keep you in my prayers. Keep your chin up. I'm here for you. :))

@MrsCastro: i went to my dr recently, my PC not my ob-gyn, and we were talking about TTC & how frustrated i was feeling. she put her hand on my knee & said in all her years of practice, each of her female patients that has wanted to become a mother has. sometimes their babies came to them in different ways than they had originally planned, but that every single one had become a mother & that i would too. it made me feel better. maybe our babies haven't found us yet, but they will, and we will be that much more appreciative of that moment. <hugs!>

@bluestriped bee: do you think cramping is common? i'm between 5-7 DPO and last night went to bed super early & woke up in the middle of the night after having a terrible dream about a giant white horse giving birth to unicorn stuck in its sack and it using its horn to tear its way out, but i was having some pretty sharp cramping pains a little lower than usual cramps. i wasn't sure if it was a good sign or a bad one. i hope cramping is a good sign for both of us!! when do you think you'll test again? i think i might test starting on christmas eve. fingers crossed your next test is a BFP! = )

@mrs. bird: on the evening of 6 dpo I had sharp pinching pains literally right above my vagina...I got a BFP 2 days later. I am hoping it's a good sign for you!

@lawbee11: omg, that's what it's like! it's like an almost zinging pinching sharp cramping like near my cervix! i was trying to explain it to bff & she was telling my i had gas, lol, and i was like no! it's almost like it you've had kinda rough sex & your cervix is hurting after. thank you for telling me that, you made my night! =)

@mrs. bird: Yes! And either that night or the next night I had a really bizarre dream about being chased by a lion. Eek my fingers are crossed for you!!
ETA: I also had (and still have unfortunately) really bad gas, so your BFF could be right...but pregnant gas, not regular gas haha

@MrsCastro: I'm sorry. That light bulb moment is beautiful. I love the way you described it. I had a moment like that earlier this week. I'm having trouble being patient and I even broke down about it all at school during our reconciliation services with my students. I came out after talking with the priest and my students could definitely tell I was crying. I'm pretty much chilling this next month. I've just gotten my hopes up too much and this Christmas is hard enough with the fact that we should have had our daughter. Now we are just struggling with getting pregnant again. Sigh.

How do we feel about a stick pulled out of the trash (ok who am I kidding I didn't throw it away yet) ~1hour later with evap line vs I think it actually has a little pink color so possibly not an evap line??? 9 DPO. Never got anything but stark white, no evap lines for past 3 months.
