She has an app on my phone she plays for a few minutes a couple times a week. We have the TV on for 1-2 hours a day while she's awake but she's playing not watching it. Not sure if that counts as screen time?

DD1 gets maybe an hour during the day while the other two sleep. I started it because she wasn't napping but still needed a rest time. It's nice, we cuddle on the couch and watch a show together.
DD2 might get 15 per day if she catches the tail end of her big sisters show.
DD3 gets nothing.

On rainy days we have dance parties and I turn on music videos for them. That could be an hour or so but they're dancing/wiggling for most of it and singing along.

I think there are levels of screentime. Interactive is OK. Couch potato is not.

She watches an episode of Daniel Tiger about 4 times a week. We facetime relatives, maybe another half an hour each week (I personally don't think this counts.) We only have one app for her and she's kind of over it so that time is minimal. She loves looking at photos on my phone though, maybe twenty minutes a week spread out a lot. So maybe 4 hours per week? I didn't vote because I didn't know if you meant daily or weekly.

She's 18 months.

Many days he gets none. Some days he gets one or two episodes (3.5). I voted under 60 minutes.
DS2 is 10 months and doesn't get any. DS1 didn't watch until after 2. We probably won't make it that long with this one, but hopefully none until he's closer to 2.

I never know if this means they are watching tv or the tv is on (even if they aren't watching). If we're talking tv she watches... maybe an hour a week max. She doesn't care about kid shows and the only time she pays attention to tv is occasionally after dinner if she is really tired before bed she'll sit on the couch and snuggle with me and "watch" an episode of whatever we are watching (usually friends or king of the hill lol).

If we're talking tv is on and she is in the room... I dunno. A lot.. ish? Weekdays not so much because the tv isn't on at all until after dinner and then generally only for 30 min before she goes to bed max. Weekends we are often on the go, especially when it is nice out. But if it's crappy out or someone isn't feeling well we totally have veg in front of the tv days. She doesn't really pay attention to it during the day though, she's usually running around and we're playing with her and it is sort of just on in the background.

4 year old an hour a day or so. Some days, none. On weekends, more like 2 because he will sometimes watch a movie with us.

16m old nothing intentionally for him, unless he is sick or wakes up at an ungodly hour. He does love bubble guppies. He will watch a little of his brothers show if he happens to catch the end of it or something.

He watches 2 shows a day that are 30 minutes long. It's my favorite thing because in the morning I get a cup of coffee and we snuggle on the couch and sing along with all the silly songs. At night we do the same before heading up to bathtime, but as the weather has gotten nicer he wants to be outside until I drag him in for bathtime.

Before I got pregnant with my second it was a half hour every morning while I got ready, and maybe one or two other episodes throughout the day. Since I got pregnant, then had a baby... It's a lot more. And it's couch potato time, not interactive, for the most part. But I need a break sometimes, and I need to get the baby to sleep without her yelling for me, so I do what I have two. So probably at least an hour most days, sometimes two on bad days. She's 2.5.

I don't count FaceTime because we live far from family so that's the only way she knows them!

It varies but I said less than 90 mins. He's 19 months.
Some days we literally don't turn the tv on. Other days when it's rainy or he's sick it might be 90 mins or maybe 2 hours spread through the day. I generally let him watch one show at a time, not bingeing. So I figured 90 mins is a safe "real" answer.

I don't feel awful about our screen time in general. He's awake 10 hours a day; if he's watching max 2 hours I'm ok with that. I do feel guilt that I'm not creative enough to come up with other options.

None but LO is only 13 months old. We don't watch TV until she is in bed. She hasn't been very interested thankfully she she's been in situations where the TV is on. I know it's going to change with time, but glad we've held out so far.

it depends on the day. while later in pregnancy and early into DD2, she got a lot more. but lately, it's been 0-20 minutes. i don't mind it (Daniel Tiger has taught my kid more than me, i swear!) it's the time when i need her to turn it off that she turns into a monster, so that's why i limit it!

3.5 year old gets about 30 minutes a day. I leave for work early so hubs has to get himself and both kids ready by himself so she gets tv while he's showering/dressing. The 5 month old gets nothing and won't until between 18 and 25 months.

None on the TV.

They do facetime their grandparents and aunts/uncles or one of us when we are travelling for business. Other than that my kiddos love looking at pictures so they do that. I don't count that as screentime though.

@Cherrybee: no shame! Glad there's someone else with me in the more than an hour category! it adds up fast!

@Cherrybee: don't feel bad! I am a solo parent a huge amount of my week (95% or more)! TV is on way more then I care to admit. Between solo parenting and being sick with this pregnancy it's been bad. I tell myself at least it's educational and I watch with them so we can talk about the lessons. This all said they don't watch it all day long or really longer then 30 minutes at a time really it's on but they are busy with their books or other toys. I also make sure we get out of the house a couple times a week to really engage their whole bodies.
Do what works for you.

On weekdays, usually none - by the time we get home it's only an hour until dinner and he usually wants to go outside (although I confess that sometimes I ask him if he wants to watch tv hoping that we can all just sit on the couch). On weekends we usually have it on for an hour or two (or three, if we're moving slow) in the mornings while everybody is getting organized and ready. If you'd asked me this a month ago, when we had a newborn and snow on the ground, the answer would have been a lot higher.

The kids get 15-30 minutes during the week, and up to 3 hours on the weekend.

It depends. the days she's in daycare, and on weekends (because we are so busy) it's easy so she gets maybe 30 mins.

But Monday's and Fridays she's home all day with me and the baby so it's hard. Especially during our long, cold winters. She probably gets 2 hours spread out throughout the day. I don't really stress about it though.

LO is 3.5 and I voted less than 4 hours- she only gets to watch tv on Saturday and Sunday mornings, we usually let her watch 3 shows each day. She will occasionally get to look at animal videos on our phones.

I have no clue, she usually watches 1/2 a show in the morning as we finish getting ready and a show while I cook dinner. She will either watch a show on her tablet before bed or watch TV with us. I'm not someone who is strict on TV time because she gets plenty of physical activity and is not a couch potato, she plays while watching.
