She watches TV most evenings, and more on the weekends. But she's in daycare 11 hours a day and gets no screen time during those hours, so I'm not bothered by it at home.

On weekdays, LO usually watches while I try to get ready for work or make lunches - I would say he actually focuses on it for maybe 20-45 minutes at most. On the weekends, he might get a bit more so that we can all hang out in bed since he is up at 5:30 lately.

LO is 4 and it varies by day. If he is up early he can watch a show before we leave for daycare as long as he is dressed and has eaten breakfast. Then he might get a show when he gets home or after bath time. On the weekends he gets a bit more, he has mostly dropped his nap at home so he might get a movie for quiet time.

We turn on Thomas the Tank Engine or Dinosaur Train - sometimes he'll watch, other times he'll watch five min of it and then go and play. The problem for us is that we have it in the living room - my MIL currently lives in the basement but once she moves out (soon!) we will have the TV downstairs so hopefully this will curb TV time.
