Both of my losses were natural, and very early. After my first, I wanted to start trying right away, even though I was advised to wait a month. After the second, I wanted to wait at least a month to do some testing and heal mentally. We thought about waiting 2 months, but we were ready to go again after 1 since all test results were in and some protocol changes were made.

I didn't have a d&c, but we didn't wait to try at all, just waited long enough for my bleeding to stop and me to feel comfortable having sex. We got pregnant on our third try after our m/c.

Sorry for your loss! We waited three months, I needed some time to decompress and heal.

I miscarried last year in September and we didn't wait to try. I got pregnant in November which was 2 cycles after the mc. I feel very fortunate I was able to get pregnant quickly.

Both of my miscarriages were natural and pretty early. We didn't wait at all after the first, and I got pregnant again right away. After the second, we waited a month before TTC again. Hoping that you can back to TTC soon!

I've had 3 miscarriages, 2 were D&Cs and we waited/are waiting a few months to start trying again. My natural miscarriage, I waited until I stopped bleeding and we tried again after a month. I got pregnant with my son that time around.

I find waiting helps me to heal. I'm so sorry for your loss!

@Crystal: Yes. I had a D&C and only had light spotting after it. It took about 3 months to have 2 cycles. We weren't actively not trying during that time, but we were being a bit more careful than before.

Both times I have waited a cycle. Meaning, let the m/c bleeding stop, wait for AF to return naturally, and then start trying again. I think my first few cycles may be annovulatory anyway.

I just waited until AF came back after the D&C - at the 2 week follow up appt, my dr gave us the ok to ttc again right away if we wanted to, but we waited until AF came back. I think the only way i could have moved on from the miscarriage was to be able to try right away again. I'm in my 2nd cycle post-D&C.
