My MC was pretty early and it didn't take long at all to get my period back. Probably a week? I ovulated one day later than I did before the MC.

I got my period back right on schedule but my cycles varied from long to short for several months.

Knock on wood but my cycles have been more regular than it was before, although I am only on cycle 2 post-MC.

It took me 10 weeks to get my period back, but I've always had long, irregular cycles, so I guess it wasn't super shocking.

My first cycle after was 51 days - I Oed on CD35 (usually around 19-21) and had a longer than usual LP since I started progesterone for the first time. This cycle (2nd after) I Oed like usual around CD 19-20.

I had a chemical that resulted in an infection. My first period after arrived on time. I had my follow up ultrasound this morning where they confirmed that I had just ovulated (also on time.)

Thanks everyone!
Fingers crossed mine get back on track soon so we can start trying again. =/
I have never tracked temps/cm/anything, and I am thinking starting now may not be a good time to start....

My miscarriage was a loss at 20 weeks. It resulted in a delivery. I ended up getting my period about 6 weeks later. For the most part, my cycle was normal, but I would have bleeding a couple of weeks after it stopped for the first two cycles after delivery. I ovulated the second cycle and everything was back to 'normal' fairly quickly.

My cycle didn't really change after my mc at 8w. I counted start of mc bleeding as CD1, o'd CD17 and had a 26 day cycle. That was what it was like before mc. I started B6 though because of short luteal phase after mc and it helped lengthen my LP. My temperatures did seem slightly higher after mc.

My first cycle post D&C was annovulatory and 30 days. This current cycle I'm on CD 37 and I may have just ovulated. I feel you on how frustrating it is for things to be all out of whack.

Mines went right back to normal afterwards but my mc was early at 6-7 weeks I passed everything naturally and the first cycle afterwards we didn't try but the 2nd cycle we conceived again and I'm now 30w3d so it was honestly like the mc never happened.
But I'm sorry for your lost and hope everything goes back to normal soon and you get a sticky bfp

@Kate6214: this was almost my first two cycles last time too. After that I had a cycle that was only 18 days!

@Crystal: Thanks for asking this! I am about 3 weeks post d&c and was wondering the same thing. FWIW, I found charting super helpful but am planning to wait until I get my period again and start charting from there. Sorry for your loss.

@MamaCate: I wish I had started charting before now. We were timing BD to the standard ovulate-14-days-before-TOM formula, and it worked. Now that I am going through a m/c, I have no idea what to be looking for to see if I'm ready. I guess I'll have to wait til my first TOM after having the m/c and start there.

@Crystal: I charted the month I got my BFP with LO and the month before and month of my BFP this time around. It really helped me understand my cycle and know how to plan accordingly. The book Taking charge of your fertility js a real comprehensive overview if you don't know where to start.
