I feel like we are pretty good on veggies. We like a lot of good healthy ones and LO is thankfully growing up to follow in our footsteps. For our Sunday shopping trip we bought the following:

- head of cauliflower
- 2 stems asparagus
- Bag of mini carrots
- 2 bags mixed salad (mostly romaine although we like spinach too)
- Bag of steamable broccoli and cauliflower
- 2 zucchini and 1 yellow squash for grilling
- Sweet potatoes

I would love to get a CSA for all this but I'm afraid they would give me random stuff I wouldn't know how to cook with and it would go to waste. Any other type of veggies we can incorporate that are easy to cook/prepare? We also like acorn squash but not really spaghetti squash.
