What veggies are a staple in your house?
We always have peppers, onions, celery, broccoli, baby bok choy, chinese broccoli, peas & edamame. Now that it's summer squash, zuchinni and corn are staples as well.
ETA: oops kale as well.

We always have tomatoes, cucumbers, and mixed baby lettuce, since they can go in a salad or on a sandwich. DH loves to keep raw broccoli around. In the summer we always have corn, zucchini, and squash as well.

Avocados - we always have at least 4 or 5 in various stages of ripening on the counter. Also; greens like kale, swiss chard, arugula, pea shoots, baby bok choy, etc. Garlic, zucchini, summer squash, tomatoes and onions.

Baby spinach, kale, broccoli, cucumbers, corn on the cob, and I could eat my weight in red bell peppers & asparagus so we always have those. Other than that, it varies.

@regberadaisy: Same for us ... except the bok choy. What do you do with it? I always see it at the farmer's market, but skip it, because I have no idea how to use it!!

I usually do stir fry or use in noodles
We call napa cabbage "bok choy"

Summer: The above, plus cucumbers, corn on the cob, asparagus, zucchini, summer squash, and broccoli, peas.
Sometimes I'll buy stuff from my "summer" list at other times of the year, depending on what the meals plans are for the week.
