Pretty much daily. I work out and get very sweaty most days so need it after that. On weekends I usually skip a day though.

every single night. I won't go to bed without showering, but I will wash my hair every 3 days. I can't bear the thought of climbing into my clean fresh bed with any lingering body odours.

2-3 times a week. If I'm exercising, more like 3-4. I wash my hair 2-3 times regardless, it just doesn't handle anymore than that without getting really dry.

I shower whenever I can. Sometimes that's every day. Sometimes it's a day or two without showering. It all depends on what's going on and when I have time to take one. I do make time to take one after a day or two though.

Every day. I take a full shower and wash my hair in the morning and then in the evening take a very quick shower at night without washing my hair. I can't function until I've showered for the day.

Daily during the work week but I'll often skip Sundays. I need to or my hair is a disaster, and it's a wake-me-up in the mornings.
