We used a small in-home daycare for our kids, and they were pretty relaxed about mild sickness! It was great when our own kids were a little under the weather... but of course when the shoe is on the other foot, not so great. One time a kid got really sick and the teachers called the parents, who refused to come until their son started bleeding out of his nose. It looked like an Ebola situation and I remember thinking then that maybe a relaxed approach towards sickness isn't always a good thing!
